About Dr. Shani Chen
She is a education consultant at Calstate LA and a post-secondary student advisor in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, CA. As a former entrepreneur and teacher, she transitioned from the business world into education because of her passion to help young people step into their career potential.
She was a Linked Learning grant recipient from the James Irvine Foundation and continues to conduct research on career and technical education issues.
